> 8am—5pm: The exhibit area and displays open. Products available for sale.

> 8am—6:00pm: The first 4 x 4 vehicle group leaves at 8:30am.  There after, every half hour a group will leave, until the last group leaves at 12:30pm. 
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
Please report no later than 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

> 7:00am—till late: The Food court area will begin to serve coffee etc. from 7:00am.  Food court and beer garden will open from 11am.  Other snacks and cold drinks will be available through out the day.  

> 9:45am—4:00pm: The first Quad bike group leaves at 9:45am.  There after, every half hour a group will leave.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
Please report no later than 30 minutes before scheduled departure.

> 8:30am—12:30pm & 12:00pm—16:00pm: A bird watching opportunity exists to enjoy the Koeberg Nature reserve accompanied by Honorary Rangers that can tell you everything you need to know.
A 4 x 4 truck will take you to the middle of the reserve and leave you there to explore on foot for 4 hours before returning to pick you up.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.  

Calendar & Times

> 7am—9am: Starts at 7:30am with Eco-Challenge.  Challenge consist of a 15km run, a 10km cycle followed by a 5km run.  Entries to report by 7:00am.
