Entry is free for the bird watching

Your reservation for bird watching is totally free. Donations to Sea Rescue however is always welcome.

What to bring?

· Camera & Binoculars
· Something to drink
· Light snack for the field
· Warm clothes and a hat
· Sun tan lotion
· Some money for the exhibit area and food stalls

Bird watching with Honorary Rangers

An bird watching opportunity exists to enjoy the Koeberg Nature reserve, open only once every year.  You will be accompanied by Honorary Rangers that can tell you everything you need to know about that elusive bird.

Leave the family behind to enjoy the feast of activities at our exhibit area or the free KIDS play area, whilst you enjoy a relaxing morning with mother nature.

Transport will leave the Conservation Centre at 08:30 and Birders will be collected again at 12:30. Booking is essential.

 

Depending on bookings, a second trip may be arranged for the afternoon leaving the Conservation Centre at 12:00 and returning at 16:30.
